Job Description AI Consultant Lead As the AI Consultant Lead, you will play a key role in guiding enterprise‑level clients through meaningful AI transformation. Working directly with the AI Practice Lead and collaborating closely with the CTO and broader leadership team, you’ll translate complex business challenges into actionable AI strategies and roadmaps. In this role, you will: Serve as a trusted advisor to executives at Fortune 100 and other large global organizations, helping them identify high‑impact AI opportunities across their business. Own relationships with 3–6 key enterprise clients, building long‑term partnerships and driving strategic initiatives that support their transition toward an AI‑enabled or hybrid digital workforce. Lead AI discovery, advisory, and solution‑shaping sessions, bringing both technical understanding and business insight to recommend the right path forward. Collaborate with technical teams, providing strategic direction and contributing to solution architecture discussions to ensure alignment between business needs and technical feasibility. Operate in a startup‑lean environment, wearing multiple hats and adapting quickly as priorities shift in a fast‑growing organization. Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, refining service offerings, and helping convert a strong pipeline of prospective clients. This position is fully remote and offers a contract‑to‑hire path, giving both you and the client an opportunity to ensure alignment. There is a potential to become a full-time employee from the get-go but will need to have further conversations about that before submitting you to the client. While the organization is small, its impact is large—delivering AI consulting services to major enterprises across the U.S. and internationally. Pay for this role is based on experience and expertise but we are looking at the $200k+ range for total compensation. Skills and Requirements Strong consulting/advisory background AI Expert Project implementation and integration experience specifically with AI Ability to travel for in person meetings (20-50% based on the client and home base location) Experience working with VP's and above at fortune 100 companies Sales Engineering/Business Development background
