As an AI Assurance Technical Expert, you lead hands-on technical assurance engagements that validate real AI systems across Macquarie. You review code and architecture for scalability, security and compliance, and advise delivery teams on implementing evaluation frameworks and observability tooling to ensure trustworthy AI solutions. You document findings and remediation plans clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborate with stakeholders across our central service groups and operating groups to embed best practices into engineering standards and governance policies. You also develop technical assessment tools and frameworks to streamline assurance processes and drive continuous improvement in AI engineering practices. While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require three days a week in our advertised location. What you offer
