The AI Application Developer designs, builds, and integrates AI‑driven business applications and automation workflows across ARCO’s enterprise systems, requiring strong software engineering skills, API development expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into secure, scalable technical solutions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications, AI agents, and automation workflows that integrate with ARCO's enterprise platforms (Procore, Microsoft Dynamics, Viewpoint, Egnyte, etc.)Build and maintain custom APIs that enable seamless integration between enterprise systemsDevelop automated workflows using Power Platform where appropriatePrioritize development efforts based on business impact and work with Innovation Manager to define project roadmapCollaborate with Central Security team to ensure enterprise standards and security protocols are upheld
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field2-4 years of C#/.NET application development experienceDemonstrated experience building custom business applications from requirements through deploymentExperience developing AI agents and automation workflows with integration into enterprise systems via APIsStrong SQL and database design skillsRESTful API development and integration experienceUnderstanding software development lifecycle and version controlAbility to partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate requirements into technical solutionsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)Experience with Azure cloud servicesConstruction industry knowledge and understanding of construction workflowsPython or PowerShell scripting experienceMicrosoft certifications in relevant technologies
