We hire the best and the brightest from across the country – constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services. **A DAY IN THE LIFE** + Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications, AI agents, and automation workflows that integrate with ARCO's enterprise platforms (Procore, Microsoft Dynamics, Viewpoint, Egnyte, etc.) + Build and maintain custom APIs that enable seamless integration between enterprise systems + Develop automated workflows using Power Platform where appropriate + Prioritize development efforts based on business impact and work with Innovation Manager to define project roadmap + Collaborate with Central Security team to ensure enterprise standards and security protocols are upheld **NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field + 2-4 years of C#/.NET application development experience + Demonstrated experience building custom business applications from requirements through deployment + Experience developing AI agents and automation workflows with integration into enterprise systems via APIs + Strong SQL and database design skills + RESTful API development and integration experience + Understanding software development lifecycle and version control + Ability to partner with business stakeholders to understand pain points and translate requirements into technical solutions + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications:** + Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) + Experience with Azure cloud services + Construction industry knowledge and understanding of construction workflows + Python or PowerShell scripting experience + Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies **MAKE YOUR MOVE** We are proud to be one of the fastest-growing, privately-owned companies in America, celebrating over 30 years of experience as design-build experts.
