Location: Must be able to come on site 1-2 days a month in Philadelphia

The AI & Automation Engineer will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining intelligent systems within a regulated environment. This role focuses on developing Python‑based applications, implementing Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and contributing to robust test automation frameworks that support high‑quality and compliant software delivery.

Required 3+ years of experience in infrastructure or software engineering within a regulated industry (e.g., financial services, healthcare, energy, government).Strong proficiency in Python for application development and automation tasks.Experience implementing or supporting RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM‑driven workflows.Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Robot, custom frameworks).Understanding of regulated‑industry expectations such as validation, change control, traceability, data privacy, and documentation.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and secure development practices.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
