We boldly go. **Job Summary：** **The HVAC AHU Service Technician will support the sales teams, customers and stakeholders in the Thames Valley and South East to ensure the** smooth operation and optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in buildings throughout the UK. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of any HVAC system. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Installation Phase:** 2. Conduct thorough inspections and testing during the installation phase. 3. Check equipment functionality, verify proper system calibration, and identify any potential issues or discrepancies from the manufacturer drawings and Installation, Operation, and Maintenance (IOM) manuals. 4. Review design plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within the specific business sector. 5. **Collaboration:** 6. Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and other professionals involved in the project. 7. Utilize effective communication skills to work closely with different stakeholders to address concerns or modifications needed for optimal system performance and completion. 8. **Ongoing Maintenance:** 9. Regularly monitor system performance to identify any operational inefficiencies or malfunctions that may arise over time (e.g., air leakage). 10. Conduct routine inspections and make necessary adjustments or repairs promptly to prevent costly breakdowns while ensuring process performance and occupant comfort. 11. **Documentation:** 12. Document all findings throughout the process for future reference. 13. Maintain accurate records to facilitate easy troubleshooting when issues arise later or when upgrades are required. 14. **System Implementation Oversight:** 15. Oversee every stage of HVAC system implementation – from initial planning to final execution. 16. Prioritize energy efficiency, occupant comfort, safety measures adherence, and regulatory compliance without compromising quality control. 17. **System Optimization:** 18. Fine-tune the system’s performance to ensure energy efficiency and cost savings. 19. Optimize airflow rates, temperature control, and overall system operation to achieve significant reductions in energy consumption while maintaining a comfortable indoor environment. 20. **Regulatory Compliance:** 21. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and codes. 22.
