### Job Duties Start Date: 03/20/2026 End Date: 12/10/2026 Work hours: 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must Apply By: 07/31/2026 Job Duties: Duties include driving and operating farm machinery such as tractors and combines to perform farm activities such as planting, cultivation, and harvesting of crops wheat & beans. Workers will drive tractors installed with GPS and operate designated towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize. They will haul materials, supplies or crops to designated locations. Routine maintenance will be done on all equipment & grounds as needed. Workers must be able to work independently after being given instructions and must be team players when needed. ### Minimum Education Required None. No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required Must have 3 months of tractor driving installed with GPS and towed implements. Operate and understand computerized monitors effectively. Must be able to work independently after being given instructions and must be team players when needed. Employees have valid driver's licenses or obtain one in 30 days. Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING No smoking in equipment, vehicles or grounds. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and otherwise discouraged. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance.
