Job Description
Join our team in Fargo, ND, for the upcoming harvest season as an Agricultural Worker. This full-time role, from March to November, offers hands-on experience in field and processing operations, with the potential to transition into full-time employment. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
ResponsibilitiesField Work: Travel outside Fargo-Moorhead city limits up to a 1-hour radius, returning daily by 4 PM without overnight stays.Assist with crop harvesting, including wheat, corn, and soybeans.Use a sheath to cut crops in organized rows and columns.Work in varying outdoor conditions such as dusty, dry, hot, and wet environments.Occasionally support nursery operations.Processing Work: Operate seed cleaning machines.Handle crop labeling with high attention to detail.Use hand scanners to verify and print labels for crop bags.Maintain accuracy in crop-to-label pairing.Essential SkillsGeneral labor and production experience.Attention to detail.Basic technology proficiency.Physical stamina.Teamwork and communication skills.Safety awareness.English literacy.Adaptability.Reliability and punctuality.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to read, write, and interpret English at a strong level.Comfortable using basic technology.Safety-first mindset; PPE including safety glasses required.Must be able to stand for extended periods.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
