Job: Senior Agricultural Lender / Agricultural Lending Leader

Location: Northwest Oklahoma region (Woodward, Mooreland, or approved Loan Production Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Compensation: $200,000 - 300,000, depending on experience and performance. This role offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a strong bonus structure, profit-sharing program, and a 401(k) with employer contributions.

Position Overview

Our Beacon Hill OKC office is working with a banking client that is seeking a Senior Agricultural Lender to play a critical role in the bank's long-term agricultural lending strategy and succession plan, specifically in the Northwest region of Oklahoma. This is a high-visibility leadership position responsible for originating and managing complex agricultural relationships while building and leading an agricultural lending team.

The ideal candidate brings deep agricultural lending expertise, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to operate confidently with executive leadership and sophisticated agricultural clients. This individual will be instrumental in shaping the future of the bank's AG platform.

If the candidate cannot work out of one of these locations (Woodward or Mooreland), they can open an LPO (Loan Production Office) in a different location, but it needs to be somewhere that a team can be built out of.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

Originate, structure, underwrite, and close complex agricultural loan relationshipsEstablish and grow an agricultural lending presence in Woodward, Mooreland, or an approved Loan Production Office (LPO) where a team can be builtManage a high-quality agricultural loan portfolio with a focus on credit quality, profitability, and long-term relationshipsBuild, lead, and mentor a team of 3-5 agricultural lending professionalsServe as a trusted advisor to agricultural producers and agribusiness clients, understanding their operations, cash flow cycles, and long-term objectivesWork closely with executive leadership as part of a succession planning initiative for the agricultural lending functionRepresent the bank in the agricultural community and maintain strong referral networksIdentify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning for agricultural lendingEnsure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations

Qualifications/Requirements/Expectations:

Significant experience in agricultural lending, agricultural banking leadership, or senior relationship management. Minimum of 8 years of related work industry experience.Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics, Finance, Business, or related field.Proficient with Microsoft Office and other related products
