Agricultural Equipment Operator
### Job Duties Start Date: Mar 15, 2026 End Date: Dec 15, 2026 Must Apply By: Jul 31, 2026 48 hours per week, Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employees will work as Commercial Manure Applicators injecting liquid dairy manure using an umbilical cord system. Duties include operating farm equipment such as tractors, pickups, trailers, and ATVs, and driving trucks to haul crops, tools, supplies, or farmworkers. Workers will operate agitation equipment within manure lagoons from the berm using stick agitators and Nuhn boat agitators. Employees will assist with unrolling and rolling hose in and out of fields using puck hose carts, drive tractors to manage hose movement within fields, and operate ATVs to check hose lines and booster pumps. Duties also include washing equipment during and after the season as needed. Workers will assist with the harvest of various forage crops by helping operate custom-class harvesting machines, changing cutting heads as appropriate for different crops, and loading, unloading, and cleaning equipment to prepare it for future use. ### Minimum Education Required None ### Minimum Experience Required The position requires a minimum of three (3) months of related work experience. Employees must be able to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within thirty (30) days of hire. Employees must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to sixty (60) pounds and perform physically demanding work involving extensive sitting and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employees must have positive, verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing the duties described. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
