Agricultural Equipment Operator
### Job Duties Start Date: Mar 15, 2026 End Date: Dec 4, 2026 Must Apply By: Jul 26, 2026 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM We operate a row crop production farm, raising corn and soybeans in southern Minnesota and northern Iowa. Employees will operate farm equipment and farm trucks and may perform some in-field tile and excavation work. Workers will assist with all aspects of crop production and complete general farm duties as assigned. Duties also include performing routine repairs and maintenance on farm equipment. ### Minimum Education Required None ### Minimum Experience Required The position requires a minimum of three (3) months of related work experience. The worker must be able to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds and perform tasks involving extensive walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements. Work will involve exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. A valid Class D driver’s license is required. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid $20.00/hr if that rate exceeds the current published rate. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
