Agricultural Equipment Operator
### Job Duties Start Date: Feb 15, 2026 End Date: Dec 14, 2026 Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Must Apply By: July 17, 2026 Drives and operates farm machinery to plant, cultivate, spray, fertilize, harvest, and store corn crops. Attaches implements such as plows, discs, and drills to tractors to till soil and plant crops. Tows harvesting equipment and operates self-propelled combines. Performs routine maintenance and repairs and transports harvested crops to elevators or storage areas. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required Minimum of three (3) months of experience required; no formal training required. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
