Agile Scrum Master
Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a passionate and experienced Agile Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be part of the IT department supporting multiple agile teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization. **Job Title:** Agile Scrum Master **Location:** Remote in Sacramento, CA **Pay Range:** starting from $75 per hour **What's the Job?** + Support the implementation of customer technology initiatives using Agile methodologies. + Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for up to three teams, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. + Coordinate quarterly program increment planning to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality technical solutions. + Apply SAFe principles to organize work and improve team performance. + Participate in the Agile community, representing team health and progress to stakeholders. **What's Needed?** + Provide evidence of an active Scrum Master Certification, including certificate details, date achieved, expiration, and issuing agency. + Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Scrum Master within the Scaled Agile Framework, with at least one (1) year of recent experience. + At least one (1) year of experience in supporting Scrum teams using JIRA, including managing backlogs and sprint activities. + Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum ceremonies, and SAFe practices. + Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work remotely within the United States. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work on impactful technology projects in a remote setting. + Engage with a diverse and innovative team committed to continuous improvement. + Gain valuable experience supporting Agile teams in a leading organization. + Flexible work environment with a focus on work-life balance. + Be part of a company recognized for its diversity and ethical standards.
