1.ART FacilitationLeads and serves as the highest authority on the implementation and optimization for the SAFe methodology within the ARTLead the Agile Release Train (ART) by organizing and facilitating key Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.Facilitate Scrum of Scrums (SoS), managing dependencies and risks across Agile teams.Support teams in delivering high-value features in alignment with business objectives.

Facilitating PI Planning
Following activities need to be facilitated by the RTE:
Inspect and Adapt MeetingOrganize PI planning meetings, ensure smooth coordination between teams.Management Review meetingConduct a Confidence vote and replanning if required.Post PI Planning activities
Ensure all risks are captured, categorized, and tracked. Create an action plan to resolve/mitigate open risks/dependencies.Data upload to Azure DevOps from PI Planning App.Update Dashboard and Metrics to track the progress of the PI.ART Sync Meetings
