The Agency Branch Head will be under Salaried Agency Leader’s program and will participate as well in the Zonal activities of the Recruiting Leader’s Zone. The role is an independent leader, focus on recruitment, coaching and development of Financial Advisors and Unit Heads of the Branch. A salaried branch head effectively manages branch operations, enhances sales strategies, and cultivates a high-performance culture within the team. Developing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing leadership to unit heads and financial advisors are key aspects of their role.
