Ag Lending Specialist – Now Hiring

Aston Carter is partnering with a leading financial institution to add an Ag Lending Specialist to their growing team. This role supports agricultural clients by evaluating loan applications, analyzing financial data, and building strong relationships within the farming and agribusiness community.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssess agricultural loan applications and evaluate creditworthinessAnalyze financial statements, cash flow, and collateralSupport farmers and agribusiness clients with lending solutionsMaintain accurate loan documentation and compliance standardsCollaborate with internal lending teams to ensure smooth processingQualificationsExperience in agricultural lending or bankingStrong understanding of farm operations and ag financeAbility to interpret financial data and assess riskExcellent communication and client‑service skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Moorhead, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
