Ag Lending Specialist – Now Hiring Aston Carter is partnering with a leading financial institution to add an Ag Lending Specialist to their growing team. This role supports agricultural clients by evaluating loan applications, analyzing financial data, and building strong relationships within the farming and agribusiness community. Key Responsibilities + Assess agricultural loan applications and evaluate creditworthiness + Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and collateral + Support farmers and agribusiness clients with lending solutions + Maintain accurate loan documentation and compliance standards + Collaborate with internal lending teams to ensure smooth processing Qualifications + Experience in agricultural lending or banking + Strong understanding of farm operations and ag finance + Ability to interpret financial data and assess risk + Excellent communication and client‑service skills Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Moorhead, MN.
