Must Apply By: 07/30/2026 Job Duties: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery. Farming with: Alfalfa, Soy Beans, Spring Wheat, Sugar Beets Worker must be available and willing to work the entire season. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required Three (3) months of verifiable experience relevant to the job is required. Worker must demonstrate the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Worker must be able to obtain a valid driver’s license within thirty (30) days of hire and maintain a clean driving record to operate company vehicles. Worker must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to fifty (50) pounds. Worker must be able to speak and understand English. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
