### Job Duties Start Date: 03/15/2026 End Date: 12/01/2026 Work 48 hours per week Monday - Saturday 8:00A.M - 5:00P.M Must Apply By: 07/24/2026 Load and unload crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts, or transfer augers. Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions. Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery. Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural production, such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment. Maintain farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions. Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools. Load hoppers, containers, or conveyors to feed machines with products, using forklifts, transfer augers, suction gates, shovels, or pitchforks. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. Farming with: Corn, Dry Beans, Soy Beans, Sugar Beets. This job involves manual labor: Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive sitting is required. Repetitive movements are required. Workers must be responsible, follow instructions, and comply with attendance, punctuality, and work schedules. Overtime and taking holiday are mandatory. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Workers must be able to speak English. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Certain roles may require a valid driver's license within 30 days of hire and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
