Ag Equipment Operator
### Job Duties Start Date: Mar 14, 2026 End Date: Dec 1, 2026 Must Apply By: Jul 24, 2026 50 Hours per Week, Mon-Sat, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Agricultural Equipment Operators to join our team for the upcoming season. In this role, you will operate and maintain farm machinery to plant, cultivate, fertilize, and harvest crops including corn, soybeans, spring wheat, and sugar beets. Responsibilities include loading and unloading crops and materials using forklifts, conveyors, and hand tools; mixing and adding chemicals, seeds, or solutions into planting and spraying equipment; and monitoring machinery to ensure proper operation. You will also perform adjustments, minor repairs, and routine servicing of equipment, as well as attach implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, and harvesters to tractors. Additional duties include driving trucks to transport crops, supplies, and equipment, weighing and recording crop loads, tilling soil, planting, cultivating, and assisting with crop storage. ### Minimum Education Required None ### Minimum Experience Required Applicants must have a minimum of three months of verifiable experience in agricultural work and be able to obtain a valid driver’s license within 30 days of hire. The position requires the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Candidates must speak English and demonstrate reliability, adherence to instructions, and compliance with attendance and work schedules. While no formal training, certifications, or background checks are required, employees must follow strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
