Job Duties: Set up, operate, and maintain all farm equipment used to plant, cultivate, and harvest crops. Perform all related crop-farming duties, including picking rocks, applying fertilizers and agricultural chemicals, and completing basic building and equipment repairs. Approximately 70% of duties will be grain-related operations and 30% will involve general maintenance and repair activities. Worker must be available and willing to work the entire season. Random drug testing may be conducted in accordance with company policy, at the employer’s discretion and at no cost to the employee. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required Three (3) months of experience relevant to the job is required.
