### Job Duties Start Date: Mar 1, 2026 End Date: Dec 1, 2026 48 Hours per week, Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Must Apply By: July 17, 2026 Loads and unloads crops and materials using manual methods and equipment such as conveyors, forklifts, and augers. Mixes and applies fertilizer, chemicals, and seeds; operates and adjusts agricultural machinery including tractors, combines, irrigation systems, and towed equipment to till soil, plant, cultivate, fertilize, spray, harvest, and store grain crops. Attaches implements, monitors equipment operation, performs routine maintenance, and reports malfunctions. Transports crops, supplies, and workers; assists with irrigation; weighs and records crop output; and may direct work crews during planting and harvest. Farming with corn and soybeans. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required Minimum of three (3) months of relevant, verifiable experience required. Must be able to obtain a valid driver’s license within thirty (30) days of hire when required and maintain a clean driving record if operating company vehicles. Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding work, including exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive pushing and pulling, extensive sitting and walking, frequent stooping, and repetitive movements. Overtime and holiday work is mandatory.
