### Job Duties Start Date: 02/10/2026 End Date: 11/15/2026 Hours: 48 hours/week, Mon.-Sat. 8 hours/day, 9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. The hours may vary during different times of the crop season. Must Apply By: 06/30/2026 Job Duties: Load and unload crops and materials, manually or with the use of conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts, or transfer augers. Mix specified materials or chemicals and load solutions, powders, or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery. Observe, monitor, and listen to machinery in operation to detect malfunctions and ensure proper performance. Operate and tend agricultural equipment such as tractors, combines, sprayers, and irrigation systems to support crop production. Perform routine maintenance on farm machinery and promptly notify supervisors of equipment malfunctions or needed repairs. Attach and detach farm implements, including plows, discs, sprayers, and harvesters, to tractors using bolts and hand tools. Load hoppers, containers, or conveyors to supply machines with products using forklifts, transfer augers, suction gates, shovels, or pitchforks. Drive trucks to transport crops, supplies, tools, and farm workers to and from fields or storage areas. Operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest, and store grain crops, including tilling soil, planting, cultivating, and harvesting. Tow harvesting and other agricultural equipment as required. Primary crops include soybeans, spring wheat, and sugar beets. Drug, smoking, and alcohol-free workplace. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. ### Minimum Education Required No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required Minimum of three (3) months of experience is required. Must be able to speak and understand English. Must be able to obtain a valid driver’s license within thirty (30) days of hire and maintain a clean driving record to operate company vehicles. Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to sixty (60) pounds. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
