In this role, you will: + Supervise the development of effective partnerships with the business in order to provide technology solutions which deliver value-added business benefits. + Able to identify business process strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvements across a broad spectrum. + Recommend proper prioritization and implementation of enhancements to existing systems. + Work as a liaison among business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for enhanced changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. + Recommend business solutions and provide specialist technical expertise. Supervises the reviews and analysis of business information to determine the solution efficiently. + Must understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions to management that enable the organization to achieve its goals. + Understand/follow the complete requirements of System Development Life Cycle and assure alignment – definition phase through to proper and complete documentation phase. + Enhanced changes to business processes, policies, and information systems are delivered by working as a liaison among business stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements. + Execute process redesign and improvement activities, including incorporating "best practices" approaches. + Required solutions delivered that align with ongoing business strategy. + Providing advice, guidance, expertise and assistance in the system project decision making process and in the development of system proposals and strategies. + Maintain existing systems & enhancements to standards agreed with specific business community using product. Agree and maintain appropriate level of service. + Apply advanced application design and data modeling skills to lead design and development initiatives. Business users understand and agree with system’s delivery – solutions, response, and fit. + Project Management: Ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications and to the satisfaction of the customer. + Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining cordial relationship with customers. Establish and act on selling opportunities by visiting regular and prospective client businesses.
