Our client is seeking an After Market Product Manager to join their team. As an After Market Product Manager, you will be part of the product management department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** After Market Product Manager
**Location:** Basking Ridge, NJ or Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid options available)
**What's the Job?**
+ Planning and forecasting for aftermarket strategies and programs.
+ Managing pricing and sales programs to align with company goals.
+ Ensuring collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Distribution.
+ Implementing supply chain process improvements.
+ Facilitating business requirements and defect resolution management.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
+ Proficiency in SAP ECC/S4 HANA.
+ Experience with supply chain process improvement.
+ Knowledge of circular or reverse supply chain.
+ Project management experience.
