Job Description
Seeking a Project Scheduler to join our Engineering and operations team. This role involves supporting scheduling, document control processes, and project management. The successful candidate will be expert level in project support for complex aerospace manufacturing.
Qualifications:
High school diploma with 8–10 years of relevant professional experienceBackground in planning, coordinating, and tracking long‑term, mid‑range, and short‑term project or program milestones and associated tasksProven ability to identify scheduling conflicts and resolve coordination challengesExperience working closely with program management teams across diverse technical areas to ensure timelines and expectations are consistently metAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ProjectSkilled in using Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, and Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) toolsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects, merge various project schedules, and clearly outline objectives, deliverables, and timelinesExperienced in facilitating work sessions involving technical subject matter experts and program leadershipStrong capability in preparing status updates, gathering requirements, and documenting project needsWork Environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Louisville, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $45.00/hr.
