**Job Title: Aerospace Inventory Specialist** Location: Long Beach, CA **Position Overview** As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels to support our rocket production and testing operations. You will ensure that materials, components, and tools are tracked, stored, and distributed efficiently across our Long Beach headquarters and production facilities. **Key Responsibilities** + Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and warehouse management systems. + Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and components. + Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies. + Coordinate with procurement, production, and engineering teams to ensure timely material availability. + Organize and optimize storage locations for accessibility and safety. + Support shipping and receiving operations, including packaging and labeling. + Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all inventory processes. + Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline inventory workflows. **Basic Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain logistics within an Aerospace company or related. + Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus). + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or high-tech environments. + Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S principles. + Knowledge of part traceability and quality documentation requirements. **Pay and Shift** + Pay ranges anywhere from $23 - 25/hr + Both 1st and 2nd shift are available **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
