Aerospace Fabrication Technician

Pay: $20-$24

Shift: M-Th 6:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Arlington, WA

Job Description

The Fab Tech 2 uses hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools to fabricate aerospace parts. This role involves cutting, forming, bending, and straightening metal to meet customer specifications. The technician operates various machines and tools, performs work instructions, inspects parts, and ensures production standards are met.

ResponsibilitiesFabricate aerospace parts using hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools.Use hammers, saws, and grinders to cut, form, bend, and straighten metal.Operate shrinker/stretcher to form parts into tolerance.Run arbor press, stretch form, router, shear, brake press, and hot joggle after setup.Perform work instructions and assist with setup procedures where required.Essential SkillsExperience with assembly and fabrication in the aerospace industry.Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings.Skill in using measuring tools such as calipers and protractors.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
