**Aerospace Assembler – Day Shift & Weekend Shift** Location: Auburn, WA Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person) Shifts Available: + Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts + Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 12-hour shifts Pay: $23-31/hr **About Us:** **A family-oriented aerospace manufacturing company with over 40 years of excellence in precision machining and fabrication. We support major aerospace and defense clients and pride ourselves on quality, consistency, and a strong team culture.** **Responsibilities** + Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints + Gather necessary materials and tools for assembly + Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies accurately and efficiently + Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met + Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues or defects + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Follow all safety protocols and procedures **Qualifications** Required: + Proven experience as an aerospace assembler (3+ years preferred) + U.S. Citizenship + Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints + Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity + Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (up to 100 lbs with assistance) + Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team Preferred: + Experience with aerospace assembly tools and techniques + Familiarity with shop environments and safety standards Looking forward to working with you!
