**Job Title: Aerospace Assembly Technician**
Job Description

Responsibilities
+ Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints.
+ Gather all necessary materials and tools to complete the assembly process.
+ Assemble components accurately and efficiently in accordance with specifications.
+ Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues or defects.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during the assembly process to ensure a safe working environment.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience as an aerospace assembler (preferred 3+ years).
+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
+ Strong understanding of mechanical principles and tools.
+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
+ Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
+ Good communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ideally 3 years of aerospace assembly experience.
+ Experience with hand tools, installing rivets, reading blueprints, riveting, and countersinking.

Work Environment
Work in an aerospace manufacturing and machine shop setting. Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including riveters, hand and air drills, arbor press, brackets, and hand deburrs, to assemble interior aerospace components primarily for Boeing aircraft.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
