We are looking for experienced assemblers to work on critical projects for major clients in the Aerospace and Defense sectors. Responsibilities + Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints. + Gather all necessary materials and tools to complete the assembly process. + Assemble components accurately and efficiently in accordance with specifications. + Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards. + Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues or defects. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during the assembly process to ensure a safe working environment. Essential Skills + Proven experience as an aerospace assembler, preferably 5+ years. + Must be a work documentation + Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. + Strong understanding of mechanical principles and tools. + Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina. + Ability to work independently or as part of a team. + Good communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with hand and power tools, including riveters, hand and air drills, arbor press, brackets, and hand deburrs. + Familiarity with riveting and bracketing processes. + Experience in aerospace assembly, production, and blueprint reading. Work Environment This position is based in an aerospace manufacturing and machine shop environment, where you will utilize various hand and power tools to assemble aircraft components, primarily for Boeing. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
