Summary
Performs cutting functions through the operation of the Aerator while following all safety, quality, and compliance requirements, including SQF and plant safety standards.

Essential Functions
Operate the Aerator and perform required cutting functions. Stage loads and complete all required production and quality documentation. Assist the Cutting Crew as needed, including relief operation. Maintain housekeeping standards within the Cutting Department. Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications / Requirements
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand and support the cutting process in its entirety.

Protective Equipment Required
Safety glasses, safety shoes, earplugs, cut-resistant gloves, hairnet, and beard net when applicable.

Essential Skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Windows-based software. Pallet Jack certification required. Forklift certification required.

Physical Requirements
Must meet the physical demands outlined by Occumed through the WorkSteps program.
