Department: Talent Acquisition for Agricultural company across the U.S.

Pay:  $29 - $31 / hour based on experience

About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in delivering top-tier talent to support  business priorities across the U.S. You’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, driving inclusive recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

Champion the execution of Retail business goals by efficiently sourcing and delivering top talent. Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection. Serve as an account manager, collaborating closely with Sourcing and other TA team members. Develop and lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) recruitment strategies to build inclusive candidate pipelines. Coach hiring leaders throughout the hiring process to ensure optimal talent selection. Facilitate timely and high-quality candidate reviews and hiring activities. Engage in business discussions to align talent delivery with strategic priorities. Partner with HR and internal Centers of Excellence to ensure a positive recruitment experience. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the TA function.What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing, end-to-end recruitment role. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and excellent computer skills. Experience in high-volume recruitment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for inclusive hiring and talent strategy.
