This dynamic Advisor, People Leader HR Services role requires you to float between a diverse array of markets, spanning Corporate Shared Services, Eastern, Continuing Care & Labs, Western, and Central areas. You will strategically deploy your expertise to lead critical portfolios, providing essential coverage where necessary.
Job Description
Oversees the provision of counsel and guidance on issues relevant to team member and department goals and objectives. Leads and supports efforts to increase team member and leader satisfaction, as well as the overall strength of the workplace. Serves as a trusted advisor to people leaders across the organization by providing tools, resources, and guidance, positioning them for success as leaders.
Job Responsibility
"1.Manages operational projects and initiatives to increase people leader engagement and patient satisfaction; serves as key participant in creating, planning, and implementing strategic initiatives with accountability for the effectiveness of programs and processes. 2.Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system. 3.Uses skills and advanced technical experience to provide strategic guidance to functional areas. 4.Ensures that departments are aware of existing corporate communication initiatives; assists in gathering data to ensure site compliance in various areas. 5.Serves as a key change leader and champion of organization culture and values. 6.Provides consultation and coaching to department heads regarding HR and business issues from a strategic standpoint to include coaching on effectively leading teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues and managing talent development programs; makes recommendations to meet department needs and mitigate potential risks. 7.Monitors implementation of policies concerning wages, hours, and working conditions, to ensure compliance with terms of labor contract. 8.Furnishes information for use in review of current initiatives and proposed changes. 9.Works independently as a subject matter expert but may collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services to the business; partners with clients to drive people development and results oriented performance. 10.Performs related duties as required. Job Qualification
"1.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience, required. 2.10 years+ of technical experience and 2+ years of leadership experience, preferred."

The salary range for this position is $112800-$197200/year
