Departments include Wealth Management Solutions, Banking & Cash Solutions and Supervision & Risk Mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on assigned projects(s) and workload, responsibilities may include:
Recommending and leading enhancements to existing processes
Delivering business line reporting and analytic needs
Capturing and tracking project issues and assisting with resolution
Support day-to-day marketing and communication materials and content needs
Examples of past intern projects include:
Conducting a competitive research project on card loyalty programs and presenting findings and recommendations.
Supporting the development of internal reporting capabilities.
Providing analysis on a client or advisor-facing program, assessing its success, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Support a product annual due diligence process; researching current products on the platform to ensure they still meet our standards and creating and compiling documentation in preparation for product committee reviews.
Reviewing existing assets and providing recommendations for internal learning pathways.
Required Qualifications:
Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027
Demonstrated leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with others
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Base Pay Salary
The hourly rate for this role is $26 per hour. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
