Advice Transformation & Technology Manager

Our Transformation and Business enablement team are a key function within the wider Wealth Management business supporting our Private Bank. Our team is focused on driving continuous improvement across our advice lifecycle by delivering digital, data and AI transformation for bankers, advice services teams, product, and our leadership team.

In this role, you will design and implement optimized solutions to boost efficiency, automate processes, and elevate the client and adviser experience. You will proactively engagement with stakeholders across The Private Bank and broader Wealth business, including advisers, client service staff, paraplanners, as well as our technology, risk and compliance, operations and product teams.
You will bring a deep understanding of advice platforms and processes and a passion for using technology (including AI) to solve business challenges and shape the future of the delivery of advice within our Private Bank. What you offer

As an experienced and technically proficient Advice Transformation & Technology Manager, you will become our subject matter expert, driving the evolution of our core advice technology and advice processes.In this role, you will design and implement optimized solutions to boost efficiency, automate processes, and elevate the client and adviser experience. You will proactively engagement with stakeholders across The Private Bank and broader Wealth business, including advisers, client service staff, paraplanners, as well as our technology, risk and compliance, operations and product teams.

Experience working within the financial advice or wealth management industry, ideally in advice technology, transformation, business enablement, project delivery or process improvement roles.Strong understanding of advice processes - including sales management, client discovery, strategy formulation, advice documentation and onboarding.Solid knowledge of advice compliance and regulatory frameworks. Experience with advice systems (Xplan) and CRMs, exposure to AI technologies and Salesforce will be highly regarded. Experience facilitating workshops and ability to articulate business requirement documents and process maps to various senior stakeholders. Strong project management experience – preferably Agile and experience using human centred design in financial advice.
