Our Transformation and Business enablement team are a key function within the wider Wealth Management business supporting our Private Bank. Our team is focused on driving continuous improvement across our advice lifecycle by upgrading our technology, using data more effectively, and introducing new tools, including AI.

In this unique role you will leverage an understanding of financial advice processes and become the expert on the advice software, systems and processes that are at centre of our financial advice business. You will facilitate the design and implementation of technology solutions that make our processes more efficient, automate tasks, and improve the experience for both our clients and our advisers. You will work closely with a wide range of people, including financial advisers/bankers, client service teams, and our technology and risk departments, to understand their needs and deliver results.

Experience in the financial advice or wealth management industry in a role focused on technology, business improvement, or project deliveryA strong understanding of the end-to-end financial advice process, from initial client meetings to creating and implementing financial plansHands-on experience with financial advice software (like Xplan) and CRM systems is essential. Experience with Salesforce or AI technologies would highly regardedGood knowledge of the compliance and regulatory rules that govern financial adviceAbility to run workshops and clearly communicate business needs and process changes to various teams and senior stakeholders.
