Your mission on the Advertising team:
The Advertising Sales Coordinator is a key member of the Ad Sales team and will partner cross-functionally across our Marketing, Music, Product and Tech teams. This role supports our Advertising team by handling pre- and post-sales administrative tasks, producing sales materials, and assisting with reporting and performance tracking. The coordinator ensures smooth communication between clients, sales, and internal departments to optimize the team’s operations and support new business growth. This role is perfect for new graduates who want to develop a wide range of skillsets across media.
Your day-to-day:
Ad Campaign Management: Manage the end-to-end Proof-of-Play (POP) process, from initial requests from sales/agencies/brands, to creating mockups and live shots, and/or coordination with photographers. Prepare wrap-up reports for campaigns. Approve/reject creative based on corporate policies within programmatic platforms. Setup PMP Deals on behalf of partners. Client and Team Coordination: Assist with outbound sales efforts, such as preparing sales materials (decks, one-pagers, spec sheets, media plans, etc.), sourcing leads, and compiling venue lists. Coordinate logistics as needed for internal and external team meetings and events, including but not limited to client meetings, team events, conferences, wrap up celebrations, catering and equipment setup, and field events. Process and manage team charges and expense reports as needed. Maintain and update CRM database for templates, contact sourcing, and outreach efforts. Complete Ad Sales Invoicing and Operator Requests reports from the accounting team. Organize, track, and maintain sales materials, team files, and accurate records for audit purposes. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Other ad hoc requests as needed.Your profile:

The salary range for this position is $58,500-$65,000 USD.
