We are seeking a talented Clinical Program Senior Manager who has the profile of a collaborative professional with clinical experience who excels in dynamic, sometimes ambiguous and complex activities by taking ownership, driving action and ensuring results. Able to take direction and respond quickly to both planned and unplanned activities to ensure results._ **Clinical Program Senior Manager Role Summary:** This role reports into the Clinical Care Management (CCM) through EviCore CMO Department who will be responsible for program management, strategy development, and operations specializing within the Gene Therapy and Advanced Cellular Therapy Specialty Injectable Programs. The role is part of a larger medical specialty injectable team. The program senior manager will work within a matrix environment collaborating with other leaders, product, contracting, case management, and other internal and external partners across various functional areas and business areas. The position receives a minimal level of guidance and direction. The position will include management of direct reports. **Responsibilities** + Strategic planning and program management of pipeline and FDA approved gene and advanced cellular therapies. + Serves as subject matter expert of gene and advanced cellular therapies including disease treated, mechanism of action, and treatment journey. + Collaborate with provider contracting partners to ensure strategy and affordability goals are met. + Medical and trend insights for PMPM impact, utilization projections and trends. + Manage and deliver customer data for program claims reporting and Embarc Benefit Protection pricing. + Supports clinical pharmacy analytics for waterfall development, client projections, claims analysis, and value-based agreement opportunities. + Communication strategies for internal and external facing resources including but not limited to client account teams, sales presentations, education documents for clients and brokers, Participating Provider and Classified Gene and Advanced Cellular Therapy lists. + Support conception and development of quality designation for gene therapy providers. + Collaboration and relationship management with manufacturers. + Contributor to medical codeset process. + Oversight for clinical day 1 readiness including but not limited to operational requirements and case management preparedness. + Coordinate the development, approval, implementation, and maintenance of on-going program aspects. + Utilize effective communication, courtesy and professionalism in all interactions, both internally and externally. + Provide clear communication to ensure barriers/obstacles to continuous quality improvement are removed and necessary support is provided. + Demonstrate an enterprise mindset. + Demonstrate confidence in leading a team, delegates tasks based on skill set and business requirements; clearly communicates expectations and ensures credit for success is shared. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and team members. + Perform additional duties as appropriate to meet the needs of our customers and business. + Work with and recommend changes in processes in collaboration with frontline operations leadership team based on outcomes experience, policy updates, compliance, and business strategies. + Maintain a positive working relationship with business partners, teammates and matrix partners. **Minimum Requirements** + Minimum of 5 years in clinical or clinical support. + 2+ years management experience. + Bachelor’s degree in health or human services related field. + Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Detailed oriented and able to pivot and communicate at a high-level to senior and executive leadership teams. + Consistently dependable, self-motivated, flexible, and highly driven individual. + Proven team leadership skills. + Willingness to develop expertise to address day-to-day program issues. + Ability to work independently and in a team, set priorities, and meet deadlines consistently. + Ability to foster collaboration, value other perspectives and gain support and buy-in for organization proposals. + Proven ability to develop strong working relationships and establish a high level of credibility across lines of business and organizational levels. + Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department. + Maintains a positive attitude and fosters an enjoyable work environment. + Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and SharePoint with the demonstrated ability to produce professional documents. **Preferred Qualifications** + Unrestricted clinician license (RN, NP, RPh or equivalent). + 5+ years management experience. + Working knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy program and terminology, specialty injectable medications, and/or utilization management. + Business acumen, with proven ability to leverage knowledge base to quickly adapt. + Must exhibit strong leadership and sound decision-making principles. + Demonstrate ability to rally support around vision and strategy. + Demonstrate ability as a manager to provide leadership with a focus on staff development. + Ability to adapt to ambiguous or unfamiliar terrains. + Proven track record delivering and sustaining high quality results. + Must have access to high-speed broadband wired internet with a modem.
