The Advanced Technician, Production Operations at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics plays a key role in supporting day‑to‑day manufacturing activities to ensure reliable, high‑quality production output. The role involves executing manufacturing processes in line with established procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, while carrying out hands‑on activities such as equipment set‑up, operation, in‑process checks, and accurate completion of batch documentation. You will support Kanban‑driven material replenishment, contribute to investigations related to process deviations or non‑conformances, and perform routine equipment calibration, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting, all while maintaining clear and compliant documentation in line with GMP and internal quality systems.
This position is part of the Blood Virus (BV) located in onsite at Beckman Coulter, just outside Tulla in Lismeehan, Co. Clare. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Support daily manufacturing operations to ensure reliable and consistent production output.• Support and execute Kanban-driven material replenishment runs. • Perform calibration, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of production equipment.• Maintain accurate and legible documentation in compliance with GMP and internal quality systems.
The essential requirements of the job include:
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent.• Familiarity with laboratory or regulated manufacturing environments.• Working knowledge of GMP, safety standards, and good documentation practices.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Familiarity with laboratory or regulated manufacturing environments.• Working knowledge of GMP, safety standards, and good documentation practices.• Experience with laboratory and measurement equipment (balances, pH meters, pipettes, spectrophotometers).• Experience in formulation, compounding, or manufacturing operations.
