Advanced Sciences and Technologies (AS&T)- Radar Systems Engineer (Moorestown, NJ) Radar Systems Engineer (Moorestown, NJ) + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, or a related STEM field. + Minimum 2-5 years of experience in one or more of the following + systems engineering + software/system analysis + requirements development + verification & validation + Trade studies + modeling & simulation + integration & test + High proficiency in: + C++ (or another object oriented language) + MATLAB for analysis, modeling, and test automation + Scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for task automation and CI/CD tooling. + Perform functional and radar performance analysis, requirements allocation, algorithm development, and/or interface definition to convert customer defined radar requirements into detailed software specifications. + Develop high fidelity models and run simulations to evaluate radar system performance + Provide individual contributor effort for the system design, and test for the RCP SCI and support agile systems engineering process including scrum meetings and sprint planning. + Execute system verification activities, integration and test, and provide support for certification and testing milestones. + Experience with DOORs, git, Confluence Tool Suite + Radar systems development experience including algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling and simulation. + Strong written and oral communication skills; able to produce clear technical documentation and deliver concise briefings. + U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD security clearance AS&T is committed to providing a work environment that is free from unlawful discrimination and harassment in any form.
