Northrop Grumman is looking for you to join the Advanced Program Team as a Principal/ Sr. Principal Modeling Simulation and Analysis Engineer located in **Huntsville, Alabama** and may offer a competitive relocation package The selected candidate will be responsible for development and analysis of campaign simulations as well as contributing to the team's development efforts in Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM). They will also be responsible for providing guidance on implementing best practices, tools, methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of operational analyses and Systems Engineering processes. They will also be responsible for developing materials and presenting to internal and external stakeholders. The selected candidate will be flexible to changing priorities of the business unit and adapt as necessary to accomplish business unit objectives. **Essential Functions:** + Soliciting input from various stakeholders, synthesize data, and communicate results to various levels of leadership within the organization. + Developing and translating CONOPs and related tactics into modeled simulation behaviors in campaign-level models. + Collaborating closely with cross functional teams and cross programs. + Developing roadmaps and plans to support Campaign Analysis strategic objectives. + Develop new models and refine existing models for integration into AFSIM. **Basic Qualifications:** + Principal Modeling Simulation and Analysis Engineer (Level 3): 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD. An Additional 4 years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. + Senior Principal Modeling Simulation and Analysis Engineer (Level 4): 8 Years with Bachelors in Science; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD.
