Roles and Responsibilities
Work with the assigned regional MR sales leaders and account teams to present clinical value proposition of GE MR product line to customers to support meeting to sales, orders, and margin targets.
Develop strong clinical relationships with regional MR customers.
Participate in national MR symposiums, training and trade shows facilitating clinical proof point development
Support the assigned Regional MR sales team via clinical MR training & presentations. This training should empower the MR Sales leaders to articulate MR concepts in compelling easily understood ways to support the clinical, economic and productivity based value propositions.
Collaborate with Marketing resources to create a library of MR “Images of Excellence” that reflect our key clinical strengths.
Support the marketing team in development of MR Proof Points and other Marketing Collateral
Participate in product Pilot Site turnovers, insuring training on new development features as well as installation of effective protocols for utilization of those features.
Clinical Voice of Customer to New Product Introduction (NPI), Americas Commercial Marketing and Upstream Teams.
May need to support, educate and maintain GE MR presence at all assigned MR Show Sites, Reference Sites and Luminaries
Required Qualifications
Associates' Degree and minimum 5 years of MRI technologist experience in field including a significant understanding of GE MR systems
Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry with operational knowledge
Able to travel weekly within the United States.
Desired Characteristics
Preferred location is near a major airport in Texas or southern territory
5 years minimum experience as a MR registered technologist utilizing both 3T & 1.5T GE MRI scanners.
Clinical experience in all anatomical areas such as: neuro, body, MSK, breast, cardiac and oncology
Strong ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solution-based sales approach
Excellent ability to develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
Strong team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
Strong presentation skills with excellent ability to synthesize and explain complex issues
Selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field
