Join Sentara Medical Group as an Advanced Practice Provider supporting our Electrophysiology Cardiology service line. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled, collaborative team of physicians and APPs while providing high quality care to adult EP patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This is a surgical and procedural focused role with meaningful autonomy and a strong support structure.

Position Highlights

Coverage locations: Hampton, Port Warwick, and Williamsburg practices/hospitalsFull-time schedule: four 10-hour days, Monday–Friday (7:00 AM–5:00 PM)Inpatient and outpatient EP-focused position (approx. 70% inpatient / 30% outpatient)Average clinic volumes: 15 patients per dayIndependent procedures: cardioversions and loop implantsProcedural support: first assist in ablations; independent vascular access and closureCall: 1:5 weekends, phone-only (Sat–Sun, 7:00–11:00 AM), no in-house coverageTeam of 9 physicians and 14 APPs
