Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Afton Family Medicine, located in Afton, VA, just west of Charlottesville.

Position Highlights:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours of admin)Flexibility to work a 0.9  FTE (32 patient contact hours, 4 hours of admin)14-16 patients/dayCall schedule is minimal; shared with other practices
