Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and facility upkeep in a high-performance manufacturing environment. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC and PC-controlled machinery, as well as general building maintenance.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery and facility systemsDiagnose and resolve issues with manufacturing equipment to reduce downtimeDisassemble and reassemble equipment using hand and power toolsPerform general building maintenance including basic electrical, carpentry, and plumbing tasksLaunch machine programs via CNC or PC interfacesIdentify and address safety concerns proactivelyCollaborate with external contractors to meet operational goalsApply shop math and technical drawings to troubleshoot CNC and PC-controlled machinesExecute machining and welding tasks as neededStay current with training in electronic and hydraulic systemsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety protocols and lean manufacturing principlesPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of experience in machine maintenance or equivalent educationSkilled in welding, pipe fitting, and fabricationFamiliarity with rigging systems, gearboxes, bearings, lubrication, pumps, and pipingUnderstanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience with PLC troubleshooting and programming preferredBasic computer and math skillsAbility to read blueprints and electrical schematicsProficient in using measuring and gauging toolsStrong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaborativelyPreferred ExperienceHands-on experience with CNC Lathes and Mills, including Mazak, Okuma, Mori Seki, Daewoo, and DMGWork EnvironmentLocated in a 120,000 sq. ft. facility specializing in hydraulic rotary actuatorsFast-paced, collaborative manufacturing setting with 200+ employeesBenefitsCompetitive compensationComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coveragePaid vacation, holidays, and personal days401(k) retirement planSupportive team environment in a world-class shopPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $69076.80 - $85404.80/yr.
