We are looking for an experienced Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Engineer to design, implement, and optimize advanced data analytics and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling data‑driven decision-making across the organization.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and visual quality.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.Optimize the performance of Power BI reports and data models for large-scale datasets.Integrate diverse data sources, including on-premises and cloud-based systems, into unified analytics platforms.Apply best practices in data governance, security, and compliance within the Power BI platform on Microsoft Fabric.Automate data refreshes and workflows using Power Automate, Data Factory, or other automation tools.Lead and manage Power BI operations and delivery teams within the organization’s framework and data security guidelines.Provide technical guidance and training to end users and stakeholders on effectively utilizing Microsoft Fabric and Power BI tools.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BI solutions.Optimize data models and implement DAX calculations for performance and scalabilityWhat You Need to Be Successful
6+ years of experience as a Power BI Consultant with expertise in dashboard development, data modelling, DAX, and visualization best practices.Understanding of the Microsoft Fabric data platform and/or Azure Synapse for Power BI integration.Experience in migrating dashboards and reports to Power BI from other visualization platforms.Hands-on experience with JIRA (Kanban/Scrum workflows).Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD for data pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code).Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices for enterprise data systems.Certifications in Power BI (PL‑300, PL‑400, or equivalent).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Experience working with global teams, including business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams.Bonus Points if You Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with multicultural and cross‑functional teams across global locations.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.What Makes You Eligible
