Advanced Digital Experience Designer - Salesforce

The Advanced Digital Experience Designer – Clinical Solutions leads multiple design work streams to solve complex business challenges while being an advocate for users, with extensive knowledge with user-centered design processes. Foundational characteristics of the Advanced Digital Experience Designer include empathy, creative problem-solving, comfort with uncertainty, collaboration, iteration, communication skills, excellent technical design skills, and curiosity. The role will support one or more solutions within Aetna’s Clinical Care Management space. The first is a multi-year initiative to consolidate existing Care Management systems onto a single best-in-class web platform (Salesforce Health Cloud). Additional solutions may include a resource directory & referral system and/or other clinical-focused opportunities that develop. The candidate will build internal UX knowledge across clinical experiences, work hand-in-hand with other disciplines and stakeholders to deliver digital solutions (some on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform and some on other platforms, including other “low-code /no-code” platforms), and enhance user flows based on comprehensive research. The Advanced Digital Experience Designer will report to the Lead Design Director for Aetna Tech x Design. **Required Qualifications** + Minimum 7 years of web based experience in UX or blended UX/UI design + Proven experience in driving and delivering design solutions, from initial concepts all the way to successful market launches + Experience applying UX methodologies to achieve successful results on Salesforce Health Cloud and other low-code/no-code platforms + Strong portfolio of work (including examples of Salesforce design), preferably across responsive web and native app platforms + Minimum 3 years of experience leading iterative discovery and solution processes to define, design and deliver solutions + Ability to develop subject-matter expertise within a specific business area + Expert-level Figma skills; experience collaborating in Miro + Native application design experience (iOS and Android) **Preferred Qualifications** + Proven experience leading design strategy, design workshops and creating long-term visions + Proven experience in leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer research and communicating insights to gain stakeholder support for designs by clearly communicating design vision and rationale + Ability to align team members around the ideal digital experience and gain support and commitment + Ability to easily adapt to change and respectfully challenge current state design + Ability to see ahead of current work and translate future possibilities into breakthrough design strategies + Experience working in the healthcare industry (and more-specifically, within a clinical setting) + Experience working within an Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Methodology as a development process + Experience and interest in managing design teams, including mentoring/coaching, hiring, performance management, and team culture development + Salesforce UX Designer and/or Salesforce Strategy Designer certification + Experience designing with the Salesforce Lightning Design System and/or Salesforce Omnistudio **Education / Equivalent Experience** + Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Graphic Design, Information Design, Product Design, Human Factors or equivalent/relevant work experience. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $130,295.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
