**Job Title** **Advanced Associate, Brand** **Description** You’ll support brand growth and enrollment by managing ambassador programs, delivering insight-led campaigns, and ensuring the Connections Academy story is told consistently and effectively. This role aligns with titles such as "Brand Manager", "Marketing Manager", "Brand & Campaign Executive / Manager", "Partner Marketing Manager". **About the Role** The Advanced Associate, Brand is a hybrid strategist-operator who supports day-to-day brand management and helps strengthen relationships with families who act as brand ambassadors. This role synthesizes insights, ensures brand consistency across channels, and partners closely with external agencies, Creative Services, PR, and Social teams to mobilize ambassadors and amplify authentic family stories aligned to our brand platform. Families are one of the most credible voices of the Connections Academy experience. This role helps ensure our story is told consistently and authentically, building awareness year-round and confidence during enrollment peaks. **Key Responsibilities** **Brand Management & Governance** + Support monitoring brand consistency across creative assets and copy + Collaborate with Marketing Strategy to develop creative briefs and campaign materials + Maintain and share brand and messaging resources including guidelines, editorial standards and other assets as required via the Digital Asset Management system + Partner cross-functionally with School Services, Enrollment, and Retention teams + Contribute to brand tracking and summarize trends in awareness and sentiment **Family Ambassador Program** + Manage the operational rhythm of the Family Brand Ambassador program including onboarding and engagement + Build and maintain pipelines of ambassador activities and communications + Coordinate with PR and marketing teams on filming days, media opportunities, and campaigns + Develop ambassador toolkits including messaging guidance and social media content + Act as the main point of contact for ambassadors **Content & Social Collaboration** + Partner with social and agency teams to deliver brand and ambassador driven content + Brief ambassadors on campaign themes and coordinate asset collection + Work with Creative Services and communications teams on branded materials **Insights, Measurement & Reporting** + Aggregate insights from surveys, campaign data, and social channels + Translate insights into actionable recommendations + Maintain dashboards tracking ambassador activity and content performance + Deliver monthly reporting and quarterly insights **Operations & Ways of Working** + Follow established workflows and approvals for creative and brand reviews + Partner with Marketing Strategy to ensure all content follows the correct processes + Maintain transparency and alignment across teams **Qualifications** + 3–5 years’ experience in brand marketing, community or advocacy programs, or consumer insights + Experience managing stakeholder relationships or ambassador/influencer communities + Experience with marketing analytics or social listening tools + Strong writing and editing skills + Strong project management and collaboration skills Education sector experience is a plus but not required. **Skills & Competencies** + Attention to detail and brand awareness + Strong organizational and communication skills + Cross-functional collaboration + Basic data analysis and reporting + Adaptability and problem-solving + Customer-focused mindset + Familiarity with project management tools and basic tracking systems **Compensation:** Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location.
