Job Title: SAP SD / Order Management Consultant Location: Greensboro, North Carolina Duration: 6+ Months Industry: Retail Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher required Position Overview + We are seeking an experienced SAP SD / Order Management Consultant with strong expertise in the Retail domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP SD (OTC) and Order Management, including AMS support, issue resolution, and interface/batch job management. This is a hybrid role based in Greensboro, NC, and requires a local candidate. Must-Have Skills + SAP SD (OTC) – 7+ years + SAP Order Management – 7+ years + Strong experience working with Retail clients Primary Responsibilities + Provide hands-on expertise in SAP SD (OTC) modules, preferably in Retail environments. + Deliver Application Maintenance Support (AMS) and resolve urgent production issues. + Manage customer relationships and support day-to-day business operations. + Work extensively on OTC processes such as Order Management, Ecommerce, Wholesale, and Pricing. + Work with S/4HANA, including RICEFW objects and functional design (FD). + Manage and troubleshoot interfaces and batch jobs, which is a mandatory skill. Additional Requirements + Retail industry experience is mandatory as the client operates in the Retail sector. + No vaccination mandate. + SAP for Retail (P5 - Mastr) preferred.
